Upsale! ! that's all we heard from OTHER car companies we visited. Until we walked into Toyota and met Carl Butler. He wanted to know what we needed and what we'd like to have for bonus features. He understood we had two young children and a top of the line vehicle would not work with our finances. He let us test drive a Rav4 and we were sold immediately.
