I had an amazing experience with Oregan's Used Car Green Center and Todd Gracie in particular. He was helpful to make sure I got the car I wanted and made sure it was in amazing condition before I signed the papers today. The financial manager was also great to work with and very helpful. I would suggest Todd to anyone!
Always have great service at this dealership. There are plenty of service advisors so little or no waiting time to get you vehicle in. The service requirements are clearing reviewed before you leave. The customer shuttle service is very good perk. The drivers are friendly and very accommodating.
bought a 2021 rogue not so long ago couple of months, greenlight certified everything should be working properly, not in this case I had to bring it back twice to prove it wasn’t working and it was in the shop for over a week, I’ll have dog hair in his vehicle for the rest of my ownership. Apparently, the detailer wasn’t in the mood., I sent a text off to the fellow that show me the vehicle, and no response. anyWho, I’ll go elsewhere next time.
Worst customer service to deal with, their service assoiate "Sara" all of the time rude and not helpful and when you ask to transfer the call to someone else or to her manager, she hanged the call while talking to her. Her manager "Justin", polite but not helpful. They charged me $300 just ro diagnose a blind spot error in my Toyota, and after that they wants to charge around $3000 to fix it. Over promised and under Delivered My wife and I met Ryan Hubley from Toyota Halifax on Oct 23/2022 in Windsor while attending the Pumpkin Patch. We had a conversation .in which I indicated that I need to look for a vehicle ASAP because I was in a accident and the rental car needs to be returned on Wednesday Nov 2 . Worst Service. Never ever go fo the Undercoating Recently i bought Corolla from this location. My experience was worst. NEVER EVER go for the undercoating from them. Its big SCAM.They charged $680 and its totally waste especially if you move out from Novascotia. When i told i dont want undercoating, then they told my monthly payment would be high if i dont go for that. Actually when they made the estimate it was not included in that. Service department hours are terrible Called O"Regans Toyota Halifax Saturday at 102pm. I was told by the lady I could not book a service appointment after the service department closed at 1pm, Almost every other service department in the city is open until 5pm, I asked the lady if she was sure, she said I worked here for 20 years, we have never been open and you can't book a service until Monday. You only get one chance to make a good first impression !! Dealing with O'Regan's is a nightmare, purchased my first new car from them and the service was terrible from day 1. I got so frustrated with these people I traded the the car in 2 years later at Atlantic Acura. The service from Atlantic Acura is exceptional and I have since purchased 8 cars from them.
