Overall my experience was good. My only real issue was when I had originally booked my appointment the car was x price but the night before my appointment I got a text to confirm. 30 minutes after confirming I got a notification saying the price is been raised by $1000. I immediately texted my salesman and asked why the price had changed with the original screenshots.
