My shopping experiences at OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody are really out of my expectations. I definitely would recommend it to my friends.
Sales extremely courteous, polite and respectful. A real gentleman!!!!! No pressure and no feeling of dishonest business practices. Some bumps on the road while making my way from Vancouver island but resolved so easily. From business manager and insurance changes, it was an easy process with continued respect and no pressure. Lastly the lovely man who did the detailing and showed me a few things on the car was amazing. Such a gem. These people need to be commended .

After having a very negative lease renewal experience at another Open Road location, I decided to travel to Port Moody from my Richmond home to deal with leases for two of my company cars. It was well worth the one hour drive! The salesperson was amazing…he dealt with everything from afar via phone and email and I just made the drive once to pick up the vehicle. The staff were attentive and thorough.
