Was very happy with my experience at OpenRoad Toyota, and with Jayson. He was friendly and helpful, making for an easy buying experience. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership were kind and helpful.
My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received at the dealership. Dindo was very helpful and did not pressure us in any way.
The sales person (John Lee) provided us with valuable information about a 2025 Toyota Rav4 plug-in hybrid, and we were able to make a decision to buy that vehicle in a timely fashion.
Your salesman Berk was excellent to deal with. No pressure and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. My only negative comment would be that the detailing service that I waited for an extra day, wasn't top notch. It could have been a lot better.
We phoned Open Road Toyota Port Moody at around 5:30 pm looking for a white 2025 RAV4. The dealership closes at 6:00 pm. We spoke with Cyrus Ghotbi, Product Advisor, he said they have one that just arrived and he will wait for us. He had no idea that we are a serious buyer. We got there at 6 pm and no other person was there already except for him. Cyrus showed us the RAVm4. He is an excellent product advisor. We signed up to buy the RAV4 that very evening.
Excellent and non intrusive. I was disappointed that they couldn’t make the full requested discount and didn’t offer any complimentary swag as Mazda did when I bought my last car.
The service attitude is very good and responsible. He is very serious in introducing the various functions of the car and the use process.
Berk was great, I was happy with everything, only downside was the delay in getting some small items fixed which are still not fixed but you have promised to do that when I get back to Vancouver along with one that was identified when I came to pick up the car, provided you honor that, full stars.
Kenneth - so thoughtful, always available and super responsive. Does he ever NOT work? A gem. Linda - Same. Hard working, positive, very responsive and not too pushy. So great. Randy (I think?) - Walked me through my features, app, etc. Very nice fellow, obviously knowledgeable about the product. I would not hesitate to recommend Open Road Port Moody to friends.
