We purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue from Evan last year. We were having an issue with the seat settings. When my husband would start the vehicle with his key fob, the seat would move too far ahead and he would get crushed. My seat setting was fine. We drove out to see Evan and he attempted to fix it for us. He read the vehicle manual and followed the steps . . . . and that did not work. Following much research on the right vehicle to suit our current needs, we chose to deal with Okotoks Nissan. We also wanted to deal with a local car dealership, and they had the vehicle we wanted. My partner and I went shopping for an SUV. We knew the budget & after some searching online & emails to various places, we found some vehicles that we thought would suit us. I had my 2019 Rogue in yesterday for an oil change and new winter tires. A huge applause to the General Manager and Service Manager who righted an error made in ordering the new winter tires (and I didn’t ask for this to be done). They went above and beyond in getting tires on my vehicle( more expensive ones than what I had ordered and which I didn’t have to pay the cost difference for....in fact I got those tires at cost) they not only compensated me for the error but also for the additional wait-now that’s customer care. I recently purchased a 2019 Murano. I live in Calgary but wanted to support a smaller dealership & knew that the service would be great from the moment I walked in the door.
