They did great work and made my car looking great! Very happy with the service
It was easy to book my service online. A courtesy shuttle was available. In addition to the oil change, the maintenance team washed my car and cleaned the front floor mats.
They go above and beyond every time I am there staff is friendly especially Lisa.
Thorough inspection after completion of an oil change brought some issues forward. Washing the exterior is a nice touch for the customer. Taking four hours to complete an oil change means too long of a wait for out of town customers. A one hour oil change should be the maximum needed.
Service was good, but timeliness is poor. Took more than twice the time to do.

Although the service was great thank you Lisa, we are disappointed about not getting all of our prepaid oil changes, this should have been explained better when we purchased them. We didn’t put as many kilometers on the car as expected due to not being able to travel during Covid the year we bought it. We have decided that we won’t be spending any more money in the future at Nissan because of this. Thank you again Tonia who went out of her way to please us
