My vehicle was ready in early afternoon, just as I wanted it. The shuttle driver very kind.
I have always received excellent customer service. The staff is professional, attentive, and always with a smile. The dealership itself, is immaculate in presentation.

My engine light was flashing on my camry hybrid. I decided to go to the dealer. I talk to Krissy, she addresses the problems very professionally, than I talk to Keith for advice. In less than 1 and 1/2 hours, the problems were fix and the car was wash: ready to go. I was amazed that on Friday afternoon : that KIND of SERVICE. THANK YOU to Krissy and Keith . THEY went OVER and ABOVE, To the owner: you are very lucky to have those 2 dedicated persons working under you.
Service was excellent and pretty quick even though it is tire season. They were also well staffed to handle a busy day.
We had a little bit of a wait but that’s expected. Lori apologized and was very nice. Disappointed the wait for a car wash was around the corner. All good.
Had my tires swapped over, and they gave me new tire bags, which I was pretty happy about since my old ones were quite muddy!
I am very satisfied with the services that I got yesterday, specially from Lori Bavington explanations about tires and the use of my brakes. Merci beaucoup
