Excellent and professional bought a new Qashqai Mack and Luke we the best. They both went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Highly recommend them and the dealership.
They offered me trip to Vegas Bought a Sentra from those guys.. I felt that everything gone smoothly.. which makes me very happy.. mo was our sales guy.. he came down to my budget. So thank you!! And I recommend this place for sure .
Very poor service. Manager was supposed to call me about an issue we had, never happened. I called him and he said he'd get back to me, never happened. It took over a year for them to resolve our issue after we called over and over. Finally it was resolved when we were considering buying another car. Then the sales people harassed us relentlessly, to the point of me having to block the number. If I could leave less than a 1 star review, I would. Save yourself the headache and don't get a vehicle from Nissan of Duncan.
Very unprofessional, rude service dept. Did not inform me short of serviceman when I had an appt. Drove approx. 150 kms. and went back home without oil change. Very dissapointed. Victoria is excellent. Wait time is too long.
Holy crap, scammy parts department charged me for OEM parts and when I went to pick them up handed me their 2nd tier Value Advantage parts instead. I double checked before ordering/paying and was confirmed that what I ordered was the OEM parts. Dishonest parts department/Dealship.
If I could rate them less than 1 I would. Their sticker prices on vehicle don’t include approx $4-7k in fees, they pull hard credit checks after you tell them not to, hard sale tactics where they gang up two on one, keep you there for ages trying to wear you down, condescending (especially to women and their knowledge of vehicles) and overall a very sour experience. Took me multiple days to get my deposit back.
Tried to book a simple service by phone . . . . . this latest service booking person obviously didn’t know cars and was unable to answer my questions. Tried to speak to a Service Advisor (via the reception) but nobody answered extension line or called me back (4 attempts too). I phoned again later and got through to the Service Manager who said he was the only one in service today (?); it only got weirder with this guy . . . . .how do they get jobs dealing with the public? They have a very unethical and abrasive sales practice. They don’t disclose the price of the vehicle and will trick you to sign financing documents before even seeing the car and pull hard credit check although they keep advertising this will not affect credit. It does, so beware. They have unethical sales practice.
