Rude and insulting The general sales manager was rude, insulting and a liar. They gave me a price on the phone , did a test drive and then changed price at the last minute. Very unprofessional I do not recommend this dealership go to bocherville much better.

Purchased a 2011 Nissan in March 2013 with full assurance by the fast-talking salesman that the car had been fully looked over by Nissan Brossard and was in perfect shape. Furthermore, that a set of new winter tires would be included in the purchase price we agreed upon. In the lot, the car was parked back up to a huge snow pile so it was only on reaching home, some 50 kms away, that I noticed the dent in the back. Nissan Park Avenue located in Brossard, QC Interested in purchasing their 2013 Nissan Juke and Murano, placed a down payment for of 200.00$ for both. j'ai échangé une voiture usagé en parfaite condition avec car proof aucun défaut ou vice caché et eux il mont refilé le citron de la sœur d'un employé qui étais supposément A1 transmission neuve ect... Véhicule accidenté non mentionné, pneus bossé, 2 par choc décroché d'on celui avant tient de peur, tie rod a changer ,frein et disque avant a changé car les rotor étais tellement finis qu'ils avais wavé, dangereux freinait a peine , joint universelle de la colonne a changé , en somme je suis pris avec une somme de 3000$ a mett... read more

no class, even I went 3 times to check diff. cars, the manager only cares about his bouns.. do not waste your time and go somewhere else, there are too many Nissan dealers who are willing to give you better price and for sure a better service.

In summary, if you're looking to negotiate, don't even bother coming here. The dealers mentioned above won't tell you the truth and will try to convince you red book value is the value a consumer should be paying (which of course isn't true, the red book value is the value the government will tax you car, doesn't mean that a consumer must pay that price.) Customer service for Nicolas was okay, because I'm not sure if he even tried, I was in and out the dealer in like 5-10 minutes. With no incentive to retain me as a customer... read more
