I was greeted by friendly staff at the front counter, kept informed of the wait time and also any issues my car had or suggested to have serviced. They washed my car - big plus! They went over my bill in detail and followed up with an email as to the service and pre booked my next appointment. The facility was clean and well maintained. overall I was extremely happy with my service call as I usually go to another Nissan dealership, moving forward Niagara Falls Nissan will be my service center of choice. Sean is a great guy that will answer all the questions you might have. I came into the dealership on Friday and I drove the car home on Saturday afternoon.
