Friendly Professional Service Very pleasant, we initially were looking at some cars outside on the lot prior to going inside the dealership. It was a bit windy but that did not stop Jon Lymburner from coming outside and talking to us and opening up a car to let us sit in it and check out the interior. When we finally went inside we discovered that everyone else that we came in contact with were just as friendly and professional.

Excellent, Friendly, Helpful and Professional This was a most pleasant and remarkable experience from the first phone call through the start of the process to the picking up the vehicle. Service!!!! This is the second vehicle we have bought at Niagara Falls Nissan working with Kevin (Sales Rep), Steve (Manager) and Dave (Finance). All 3 guys were exceptional!!!!
