The sales representative Allison gave me a very warm reception during the purchasing, introducing the characters and functions of the Toyota hybrid car. She is very kind and patient, had answered all my questions. She was very professional and provided me a very good customer service. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness from the beginning of inquiring till the final purchasing of the car I had dreamed of.
