Frank is the best product advisor I've ever dealt with at Toyota (and I've been with Toyota for 4 new cars now). He is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. As a woman, I'm used to being talked down to at car dealers (yes. It's 2022, and it's unfortunately still extremely common). Frank answers every question clearly, without talking down. I wish I could give a 6-star review!

I`m very impressed with the level of Service I receive from the entire service Dept , Jacob has been very Professional with me all the time and has definitely gained my trust along with the Technician who repaired my Camry a couple times . Super organized, worked with us, very fast, everything was clean and we just signed papers.
Stephane was great in helping us buy our first car. There was no pressure - he wanted us to make a good decision. We test drove a few cars on different days and settled on a Prius. Even after some initial things came up with the car following our purchase, Stephane connected us to service and they fixed the issues promptly and free of charge. We're happy to have bought our first car here and would definitely recommend.
