I live up North and had a recall on my 2016 Pathfinder. Found out Monday night I needed to go to Newmarket for something else on Thursday so called the Dealer Tuesday morning to see if they could fit me in. They were able to right after lunch on Thursday so added the stop to my trip. While I was there getting the recall taken care of they did a full multipoint inspection and found an oil pipe to the engine oil cooler corroded. Brie Stokman provided me with excellent service from the time I walked in the door until my new leased Quashqi was driven home. She explained everything I needed to know about the car and followed up a couple of days later to see if I had any other questions. The follow up on my QX50 was handled very PROFESSIONALLY, I would like to THANK New Market Infinity for the EXCELLENT follow up with me.
We had a problem with the Air Conditioning system on our 2 yr old Rogue. The A/C worked sometimes then blew hot air about 60 - 70% of the time. Nissan Newmarket were able to fix the problem even tough the cause of the problem was very complex in nature. We are so thankful that Nissan fixed the problem in a couple of days since we needed to take a trip to the very hot regions of the United States a couple of days after it was fixed. Special thanks to Peter who was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed.
