Great Customer service makes a defference. Brian Ellis I've been on the search for a new vehicle for the pass few month, visited a few dealerships and had done several test drives. My son was very big on me getting the QX60. I made up my mind after a visit to the auto show. I went to the Newmarket dealership after seeing a vehicle on kikiji. Great experience at Newmarket Nissan I just traded in my 2012 Platinum Murano for the new 2015 Platinum Murano. Just took it for a drive off the lot and love it. I had purchased my first Murano from Nissan Newmarket and was very happy with their service over the past few years. Long drive from Ottawa, but worth it ! Bought a preowned 2014 Infiniti QX60 that was in the shop getting bumper repainted because of a small scratch. Bought it without a test drive based on the words of Ryan Boyle that I have nothing to worry about and the vehicle is in perfect working condition. Got the vehicle delivered to my home in Ottawa 5 days later in great condition as promised. Highly recommended !
BUY FROM RYAN BOYLE!!!!!! I just purchased a new 2014 QX60, and visited 3 dealers in the process. I went to Newmarket on the Friday, bought it, and took it home on the Saturday. I live in Vaughan, so it was definitely worth the drive. Got an amazing deal!! Ryan from sales and Stephanie from Finance were Phenominal!! Buying A Car My experience this time with Nissan was very favorable. I would recommend Ryan Boyle as a salesman and T J Humber is great if you have problems with credit. Very happy with our experience.
Service is very good. But the complementary car wash is not good as the car is still dirty after washing. Also the part needed is not available and I will have to return again.Thanks

Great Experience A one of a kind experience. Very friendly people (special mention Ryan, Andy, Don, Crystal and Whitney). They are very knowledgeable and kind. The place was cozy and warm. Price wise, I think its very fair, they give me some option and its good. One thing I loved this people are they don't trick you or give you any pressure. They are straight forward and at the same time they understand your needs. 101%, I recommend this dealership. Thanks guys.
