My First New Car Purchase I have bought many cars but have never bought new so this was a new experience for me. I enjoyed the buying experience all round, but Amberre really did a fantastic job and was the reason I purchased. Amberre shows a lot of care for each of the people she sells to. Good work!
Blown Away With The Awesome Sales Rep I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Xterra Pro 4x from Newmarket Nissan; can't be more than thrilled with the purchase and the amazing sales rep Shahyad! Felt like I was one of the family. Walked in without expecting to purchase a car, but once Shahyad showed me all the bells and whistles i was sold! Great Experience! Melissa was great. She is very personable and really does go above and beyond her role at the dealership. I came in with a vehicle in mind and even though the dealership did not have it, some how she managed to find it for me. TJ was great as well. He helped make the financing process, paperwork and all the finalizing painless and stress free. Newmarket Nissan is a great group. They have such an amazing energy. Sales experience had some bumps, but it all worked out If I could rate Amberre separately, I would give her 5 stars. She genuinely cares about helping people find the car they want and won't quit until they're totally satisfied. However, to purchase a new car at this dealership, it seems you need to work your way through three people. First was Amberre, then her sales manager that dealt with the numbers to make the deal, and finally the financial services manager to work out incentives and finalize the deal. Excellent courteous service! My husband and I went into the Newmarket Nissan dealership to look at a new Murano Premium. We were only just considering purchasing a new vehicle and were interested in seeing the Murano.
