John, Matt, Omar, intake reception and the service technician were all very kind, polite, attentive with my questions and my updates needed for my QX50. Always nice to run into Leo, the sales rep that sold me the car back in 2020. the coffee, free water and nice clean waiting area was appreciated while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Thank you and until the next visit.
