My daughter took her car in to get keys programed. They locked themselves out of the computer system. Then tried telling her the starter died. I have video proof there's nothing wrong with it. Even bought a new one take sure same problem. Called gm in moose jaw she refused any responsibility, tried Nissan Canada same thing. I have proof they were wrong and still they refuse to accept responsibility. Would never recommend anyone take a vehicle to that shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! Bought a truck from western Nissan and the motor lasted just over 3000km and other issues with the truck. Western auto group doesn't stand behind their vehicles. I would never recommend this outfit. Worst "service" I've ever had. Got the run around for a week but then somehow it's my fault. So now I have to pay thousands for a new motor and the rest still isn't fixed 1) Starter runs on and doesn't engage half the time 2) Its leaking antifreeze 3) Something let go in the steering w... read more
Typical Sleazy Dealership We went in their as serious buyers ready to buy an SUV with cash on hand. All was nice and dandy until the negotiation started with Shaun. We were totally disregarded and not taken seriously by him. The dealership does not negotiate at all and don't believe their 'private sales events', you don't get anything. Avoid Shaun and this dealership at all costs.
