Incredible experience from top to bottom. I dealt with Brad Gorman from the beginning and he helped me navigate my first new vehicle purchase amazingly! Excellent service, professional approach and family treatment. The staff makes you feel like a VIP and provide supportive advice. I bought my RAV4 from this dealer and am a regular visitor for service and spares. I always feel confident and satisfied once walking out after service.
