Service I used the tire storage service. I am storing my tires for 2 seasons 1 year. The service was a little slow but she did what I asked.
Stars all around As usual my service experience began with a friendly reminder call from June in the service department. THe day of my scheduled service I was processed in quickly and politely, as always. Irene was wonderful and rove me home in no time at all. Rodney called and told me that my back breaks needed doing and quoted me a price which was the final price. We Had a Great Car Buying Experience with John and Steve John remembered our names. He was patient with our questions about the vehicle and spent time to show us how each of the features of the vehicle. functioned. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge about the vehicle. John had a very warm and inviting personality. John greeted each person with a smile. . If we were to consider purchasing another vehicle we would definitely return to John.
Oil change Dealer service has been excellent . Service team very helpful and accommodating with respect to short notice requests for service. Something that would be helpful would be automated email reminders for service intervals
