Unfair treatment unless you a close knit community of the people who work there. They want your finances but then are too greedy. 6000 down-payment for a used car.

So disappointed with the service recently done on our vehicle. The lady I spoke to at your service department is unprofessional and doesn’t listen well before responding.

Service manager makes false statements about vehicle repair and does not own up to mistake. Done with this dealer not the only Toyota dealer in town.

I bought a 2008 Jeep Patriot from McPhillips Toyota on January 5, 2019. I drove the Jeep for five months and approximately 5,000 kilometers. On July 3rd, I parked it and went out of the country for a month. When I returned, my Jeep would not start. I called a mechanic and had the Jeep towed a shop assuming the battery had gone or the starter was acting up. Hello, Paula. In regards to your comments, you mention that you drove the vehicle for five months and 5,000 kilometres since you purchased it. You fail to mention that in the time you have owned the vehicle, Carproof shows both a collision claim and a vandalism claim. Along with this, we found receipts that were left in the vehicle in your name for audio equipment and a sub woofer in the back cargo area; none of which where present when we sold the vehicle. Don't Trust Them I purchased a used truck from here. Which failed safety inspection in another province. The service inspection performed at their location has no mention of the issue I am seeing at another location days later. I called McPhillips and the sales manager told me they won't do anything for me. I strongly recommend not purchasing from this dealership, if a deal looks too good to be try it is because it likely is.

Safety I think trust is very important especially when you buy a product or service. I bought a van at mcphillips Toyota; the agent told me the 2nd row seats were removed when the van was cleaned. I trusted him knowing it would be reinstalled back. I did not inspect the van before i made the final payment as i trusted him. Unfortunately when it was delivered to my mechanic, the seats were not there. I asked the agent and he said he will ask the service Dept. He came back snd said the van doesn’t really have second row seats.... read more

Sold a car to a person with dementia. Toyota Mcphillips was warned the day before that my dad has early stages dementia. Gave his name and information not to sell him a car as he also has no license. The sales staff started laughing as they thought it was funny. Not even 1hr later toyota sold dad a car. Went back the next morning to talk to Oscar the manager and he said my dad is fine and sold him car. PAUL BOWES THE MOST ARROGANT / WORST SALES MANAGER Be careful on dealing with guy - so ARROGANT and the most DISREPECTFUL person I ever encountered.
