Competent and efficient We had been thinking for a while to upgrade our 2017 RAV4 to a 2019 hybrid RAV4, when we got contacted by Toyota Sales. Our sales rep Carter was well informed, checked with us regarding to what our needs and "wants" are, and together with the finance department, the transition was extremely smooth and almost enjoyable (as far as these things go). For sure we'll stay with this dealership!
