We came to check out a vehicle, Walid showed it to us but recommended we check out Kicks SV. It came with the winter package deal. He got us to test right away and showed us all the safety features. We really liked the Kicks SV that Walid showed us and bought it right that day.

The agents that I dealt with at McPhillips Nissan are really good at selling a car. More importantly they quickly understand the client's needs and wants. Their advice guided my final decision. I bought a Kicks, but It's like I am driving a crossover. Once you get in, the car offers a great surrounding view. It is roomy, with a good handle on the road. You drive it, and it does the rest of thinking, warning and adjusting to the road. Yep it is a smart car too!

I didn't spend much time in the dealership due to COVID-19. I made it clear that I was more comfortable outside. Tom Balogun seemed to completely understand and went out of his way to keep us safe. I had told Tom what I was looking for and what I'd like to pay and he went to great lengths to accommodate me. I did interact briefly with the senior management and the delightful receptionist - I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten their names.
