"Moe" was very responsive to my needs as a first time buyer. He was genuine, patient and took time to answer my queries. The overall process was lengthy, but necessary if you want to find a vehicle suitable to your needs. My main criticism is that I initially went to see a used vehicle advertised and confirmed as being available, on the dealership's website, however, was disappointed when I got there to learn, it was sold! Went hunting for a new vehicle. Nissan wasn’t even on my list ... however, we drove by and I stopped in. “Moe” was so knowledgeable and friendly. I was hooked !!!! He offered to come in on his day off.... sent me info on the vehicle, before I even purchased it. Ended up getting the Rogue (which I love). Many sales people have the attitude that once the sale is done... they move on. Not “Moe” ! I feel that I can contact him at any time and he will help. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends. Thanks Moe !!!!
