Probably the worst dealership I have worked with. Yesterday we reserved a new Frontier Pro 4X with a $500 deposit. Their website showed, after our deposit was confirmed, that the vehicle was reserved for us. We called this morning to pick it up and were told that this vehicle was a customer ordered truck, and not ours. The only other model was $4K more. What a sham. The sales manager was not helpful in the least - he just came up with a platitude of excuses.
Worst dealership stay clear buyer beware. Purchased a 2019 Murano Platinum with low kms. The car was dirty in and out which should have been a red flag as I booked the apt 3 days in advance. Discovered a large oil patch the next morning. Turns out both rear differential seals were shot and obviously not inspected. Only received 1 remote and was told they would get the second one and have it delivered. Six weeks later and nothing. Horrible customer service mark can’t even answer a simple phone call about a vehicle I required about and the “deals “ suck COVID no Vegas
If I could rate this dealership a negative number I would. Terrible service staff, rude, condescending, did not fix my problem after being there 4 times for the same peoblem. Their "mechanics" only know how to put a bandaid on something and hope it disappears. Right from day one I had nothing but issues. Would give zero stars if it was an option. I purchased my new vehicle near end of August 2019. All of the incentives I was told about and offered-still waiting for! They refuse to call back, make excuses and say they will call back. Mark is the definition of a sleazy car salesman that people warn you about. Free gas for a year signage all over the dealership, he explains it to me, says my cheque for it will be mailed out at the end of the month, this was aug 24th, so supposed to be mailed out aug 31st.
