My experience at this dealership was phenomenal! Every individual at each level from finance to sales to service went above and beyond. They constantly kept me updated. My sales representative was so down to earth as he educated me while being transparent. Anytime I needed something his response was quick and to the point. If he didn't have the answers, he would check and then inform me. This was definitely my best experience at a dealership

Great Experience Dealing with all the staff was a pleasant experience throughout the process. Considering we came from a different Lexus dealer, this experience was by far the better one, would highly recommend this location and staff to all my friends and family. They treated us like family. New NX 300h I had such a great experience purchasing my first Lexus (HS) from Lexus On The Park (LOTP) 6 years ago, that I had to go back to Mark Easton again for my second...despite the fact that I actually live much closer to another Lexus dealership! New Car Experience We had a great experience with everyone we met form Lexus on the Park. Ali made everything from the test drive, to the purchase, including the trade in easy. Christine us did an excellent job in training us in the use of our new car. Finally we thought there was something wrong with our new car when the tire pressure warnings went on.
