When I came to this Dealership, I was greeted by Kevin Neil with a big smile and a warm welcome. Then I met Koh Law, he was a very dynamic person, he was very helpful. I decided to buy the Lexus LS-500, my wife went with Sam Sarga to the bank to get a certified cheque, while Alex Richardson helped me to transfer insurance and license plate, it was a wonderful experience for me, I was very happy with the Lexus of Royal Oak.
Everything went very smoothly from my first contact to receiving the vehicle. We appreciated the overview of the vehicle functions and operations. Given that we are new to Lexus and the technology has changed it was overwhelming. However we are welcome to return for more information.

Logan was a quiet easy going salesman, that did not pressure me to buy. He directed me to another model than I was initially looking at and explained the differences of the two models. I felt that the second model was a better choice. He was pleasant and took time to show me different electronic items in the car. He even downloaded the app on my phone and wired my phone into the car. Great service.
Logan was very professional and accommodating. The manager who did the appraisal let me know about all the issues the dealership had!! Alex in finance was efficient and effective.
