My wife and I bought our first Lexus, and we greatly appreciate the guidance we received from Lisa Ali. We had a lot of newbie questions as all the new cars have tech that we didn't have in our old car. Lisa took the time to explain everything. We are not people that I can buy on first sight, so we appreciate that she was very patient and understood that we needed to see her a few times.
