New Car Purchase Rob was a pleasure to deal with both during the purchase and with follow up help. Lauren offered me the standard extras (rust proofing & extended warranty) but didn't push or smooth talk me when I declined the extended warranty. I would also like to mention the receptionist who is always very pleasant both in person & on the phone.
Quick, courteous Rick was awesome! Answered all my questions and concerns, went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted and when I needed it. I would highly recommend Lexus of London and Rick Watson to anyone looking for a good car and deal. The GM even took time with me to make sure I was taken care of and didn’t have anymore questions. Excellent I needed to find a vehicle quickly and searched first on-line. I then when to Lexus of London and was introduced to Sue Vincent. Sue was efficient and knowledgeable and informed me of available inventory. I didn't purchase a vehicle that Friday, but returned after the weekend and made the deal. Fantastic Team I had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Vincent from Sales and Kylie Burridge from Financing. Both ladies were terrific to deal with. Sue was very informative and ensured that all of my questions were answered. She was prompt, friendly, and was quick in responding thoroughly to my emails and questions.
