Excellent Service Such an honest dealership! I have never had a problem with any issue at Lexus of London. They are simply the best. Honest, and respectful! They seem to bend over backwards to make everything a positive experience. Service Department personnel makes buying a Lexus easy knowing you will always get top notch service.
Good pricing Kevin was really helpful in choosing our vehicle. We went in with one vehicle in mind and he didn't try to force us into buying another, but he did show us another vehicle than the one we intended to test drive. The price of the car was great, considering it was a CPO vehicle, but there was really no room for any negotiation of any sorts. The purchasing experience was very nice however.
