We had to wait for a long time to get the part shipped to Lexus service centre due to shortage of supply during this Covid pandemic, but once the part arrived, we had a great service. The problem of the vehicle was well taken care of. My Rx350 is 13 yr old now but drives as smooth as it was in 2009. Thank you team !
