Excellant service. The staff who work there are very experience and kind. The gentleman who directs you into the garage paid extra attention to guide you in and to ensure you had what you needed from the car while you wait. The staff who work are responsible for your booking are always pleasant. I believe her name is Karen Campbell (on her name tag) has always gone out of her way. Her co-worker has always been attentive as well. I do not know his name but it is worth mentioning

I am very pleased with Lexus of London. This is my fourth Lexus RX 350 and have always serviced them here. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and just plain great. Their showroom is fabulous, clean and always has great coffee!. The car is the best I have ever bought.
