Lexus of London has always been top shelf in the service area. I was so happy to hear Romeo Nissan is bk in a management capacity! Jillian was very helpful in my recent visit! I hope to make a decision soon on upgrading to a newer Lexus Suv!

Leaving the dealership rating midpoint because, we didn’t ultimately get a vehicle from them. Jillian was terrific about communicating with us throughout our search. We’re not located in London ourselves and we travelled out of Country during our exchanges so, she had a challenge in keeping us up to date with what was on the lot and worth our travel time. My experience with LEXUS was as always, excellent. Karen was professional, courteous and very pleasant as always. The first person that greeted me was also very courteous as I dropped off my vehicle in the entrance to the service dept.
