Always excellent service when I visit Lexus of London. Service advisors are responsive to my needs. On my last visit the service advisor, Shanna, ensured The service I received was at the top of the scale. This type of reception is what I have experienced consistently in excess of the plus 10 years I have been dealing with the company.from all employees. Any maintenance issues or repairs have been dealt with effectively by the team in the shop to my complete satisfaction.
Excellent service with buying my new car and trading in my previous vehicle. A friendly face with kind words when needed. On the day of delivery all the paperwork was ready to go! I shall pass this on for anyone considering a new car.

Too many customers for the staffing level presently. Rick is stretched too thin and unable to see/experience support from other colleagues at the dealership
Jillian has been over the moon. Very efficient, to the point, soft spoken, yet very friendly. Knows her materials, makes you feel at ease. Never have we ever gotten roses in a car deal.
