brought my Lexus LS 460 in for service last week. All went well except I discovered that the right rear door lower trim was scratched. I called and left a message to that effect and I have yet to hear back. I received an automated text asking about my experience and if same was unsatisfactory to respond "No". I did respond with a NO and I still haven't heard back. Needless to say I am not very happy.

Terrible service experience Buying the car was amazing process they were respectful and everything, This was probably because they needed the commission and needed to meet their quota of selling cars. Then now the service group which the first couple of years was great but turned the complete opposite in the last year or so (2015-2017). They give estimation on how much the repair would be but at the end the bill would be way over happened quite often the last time was over 900$. Lots of promises, no follow-up and ownership of problems. Bought a CPO at Lexus Gabriel recently and experience was mediocre at best. The phrase 'don't worry, everything is going to be done perfectly' was used very often and yet, had to call them back multiple times to get issues resolved along with a lot of back and forth.
