I had a fabulous buying experience with Tom this week! Going to a dealership, especially as a solo female is sometimes intimidating, but he was a gentleman throughout the process. He is knowledgeable about the vechicles he is selling and fixes the things he says he is going to fix- a man of his word, which i appreciate. This place was amazing from start to finish. I am from Toronto and they were able to accommodate my schedule and bring the car to me for a test drive. They were super quick to answer emails with all of my questions and made time to explain warranties etc. I received my Infiniti at my door and they even took my old car away. I could not have asked for a better experience or more helpful managers and sales people. Big thank you to Mark and Adam who made this one of the easiest transactions ever.
Tom Moore was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. The purchase of our new Kicks went very well and I firmly believe that Tom got us the best deal possible with very little haggling. All options on purchase and financing were very clearly communicated to me. We were feted refreshments several times and even had some complimentary pizza.
