Great service from Joe Sassine. After looking at another dealership for a used Tacoma, I wandered into Kelowna Toyota to ask a few questions. Joe Sassine greeted me and answered all my questions without feeling any pressure. After thinking about the decision and being given a great price, the only pressure was from me was to decide whether I wanted white or cement gray. It was a tough decision but I decided on the grey colour and I was pleased with the whole experience.
Fantastic repeat sale by Joe Sassine This is the second new Forerunner that we have purchased from Joe Sassine and Kelowna Toyota in the last seventeen months. I have never experienced such a great deal and great service as we have from Joe. Months ago we asked Joe to find us a Forerunner in a hard to find colour and he relentlessly found us one. We highly recommend Mr. Sassine and the team from Kelowna Toyota. If there was a higher rating, Joe would deserve it.
