A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE Dealing with Kelowna Toyota was a very pleasant experience for my wife and I when we purchased our new Tacoma. The staff was very professional and friendly. Working with Wendell Gillis was wonderful. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Tacoma we were buying, and with no pressure. Friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure sales and service I bought a 2019 Toyota RAV4 AWD from Wendell at Kelowna Toyota. Excellent experience The process at Kelowna Toyota on my recent purchase was great. I inquired by a tag on the website for a vehicle I seen on the site at about 8pm. Joe S responded by text shorty thereafter. He answered my questions and we set up a meeting for the next day. Amazing customer service and all around wonerful experience We would like to thank Joe for going above and beyond our expectations in helping us buy our new truck.
