Worst customer service I’ve ever received purchasing a vehicle. Absolutely do not stand behind they’re vehicles they sell at all.
I saw a car I really liked advertised on market place so I messaged the salesman, let him know I was interested in the car. He blew me off, so I informed him I have a good job and good credit as well as a good trade in, he said I have a nice car and wouldn't respond to any other messages. A week later someone else posted the same car for $5,000 more. I showed them screen shots but they wouldn't honor the previous price. Service left much to be desired Last week I make an on line appointment at 1pm for an oil and filter change. The site allowed me to wait while the service was done. It even restricted the times I could come in which made sense (I though to minimize wait times). At the same time my daughter was interested in a couple of used vehicles on the lot and wanted to view them with me.
