I found Ellery and the dealership to be very respectful and helpful. She was very honest and accommodating. Ellery and the team were able to provide me with a loaner vehicle which she picked me up in and explained/demo’d some of the features my CHR would have. She would regularly provide updates and info emails regarding my vehicle’s estimated arrival. Edwin Was an excellent rep. I thank him for his one on one attention. He knew his stuff and how to communicate with me. Happy to have met him. Hope to deal with him again. -Just a little comment after my visit I had to use my car key to get into my car to open the driver side and the release to open the other doors and trunk..
