Very pricey, not trustworthy no transparency. They Very pricey, not trustworthy no transparency. They did not fix the problem the first time, charge me for work that was not needed, and the claim they fix the problem. I drove my car for less that 200 meter to find out the problem is not fixed. Car was returned and they charge me with another diagnostic fee and another 1300$ to fix the correct problem.
Terrible service Bought an infinity Jx35...have had nothing but problems since day 1.... even with a $3500 extended warranty that I purchased, half of the problems were not covered....always told that part is not covered...wheel bearing went at 74 000 km, ac went at 79 000 Km, and always told warranty doesn’t cover....$1550 to fix ac....took it to a private garage, $150 later, problem solved...service, horrible...service manager Ann, terrible....will I ever do business there again....NOPE. would I recommend an infinity, abso... read more
