Infiniti experience I had an incredible experience at infiniti downtown. Everyone was extremely pleasant. I purchased my Q50 and couldn't be happier. New customer purchase I recently purchased a 2015 q50awd. I will say the staff were extremely helpful and my purchase experience was excellent. Wonderful car buying experience. I just purchased a 2008 ex35 loaded with very low kilometers. The staff was very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. I am very happy I decided to buy from this dealership rather than a newer cheaper higher mileage used car from a used car dealer. All the many high tech features were fully explained to us patiently. We have dealt with Infiniti Downtown for any years. Often, despite customer loyalty appreciation, we have found that being "taken for granted" can occur when one deals with any service organization over a prolonged period. That has not happened to us at Downtown Infiniti. We returned a car off lease and were charged for damage that didn't exist to the tune of $995. They claimed "dents" and "gauges" that absolutely did not exist. This place scams customers that don't renew leases. Stear clear of downtown infinity!
Do Not purchase the Extended Warranty, it's not worth the paper it's written on. I took my 2018 Q60 with 92,000 KM due to black smoke coming out of the exhaust. They informed me that the car requires a new engine for the amount of 18, 135.73 plus HST I spoke with Infiniti head office, they were not interested in speaking with me regarding the vehicle. I would never purchase a Infiniti product again!
Asked to have noisy rear brakes repaired on two occasions this year and the problem has not been fixed. Advisor says this is common on Infiniti vehicles. Really??? Also spoke to Service rep and asked for winter tire price list in October. Nothing received after one week. Called again and left message - not returned after three days. Left voice mail for General Manager next day complaining of poor service and with Service Manager on the day after that - no response from either one.
