Hyatt Infiniti provides very knowledgeable trained staff for every aspect of my QX50 In the fourth year since new all service was completed at Hyatt, would not risk going anywhere else. This dealership rates at the Top.

Overall it was pretty good, the financial services manager should explain more to the customer about the payment plan etc.

Hyatt Infiniti was awesome to deal with. We just purchased our a 4th Infiniti from this dealer. Enquired on a used (NEW) Q50S on-line - we are not ones to buy used (bad experience in past) but the ad was interesting. Connected via email with Sales Consultant Chris Clarke and was surprised with the no bull and hidden costs on the vehicle. It was as advertised and a turned out to be a great purchase experience. Thanks to all Hyatt Staff that helped with the sale.
