It was the first time I have taken my car to Hyatt Infiniti, Stephan was a pleasure to deal with. They were friendly and efficient. They completely exceeded my expectations.
Hyatt goes out of its way to provide top service and has exceeded my expectations when a few minor repairs were required on a newly purchased used vehicle. They fixed the issues quickly and with highest level of quality. They also went the extra mile by washing my vehicle and even washed my dirty floor mats.
Steve in service is amazing very attentive with supervisor customer service. He is the best!
Great customer service. Was real easy to book my appointment online, they offered me an Uber if I needed it and then cleaned up my QX60 before I picked it up. The best part is the final bill was less than the Steve had quoted!
