Customer service is absolutely great and they have massage chairs upstairs so wonderful to use
I recently had my car serviced at this dealership, and I was pleased by the level of customer service I received. I was kept informed every step of the way. The service rep. was courteous and the staff were friendly, especially the shuttle driver. Kudos!

Quick and efficient service to reprogram a new key fob. While waiting they inspected my vehicle and proposed optional maintenance i.e. a new cabin filter. I just had the vehicle saftied one week ago when I bought it used so I declined the work. There was no pressure at all.
The service that I have been receiving in the 10+ years (3 vehicles) from HuntClub Nissan is exceptional. They are polite, curtious, knowledgeable, prompt, clean, efficent, and feasible. As well they have provided me with valet service. 6 stars out of 5. 👑

The service advisor was very knowledgeable and explained the service procedures really well . However I am very disappointed with Nissan. I never thought l have to change all my breaks at less than 15k. I can only conclude that either they used less than high class parts or poor workmanship. Anyway I will be thinking twice before I choose another Nissan. I was given that one of the reasons that the rotor got rusty it’s because of the low mileage which I am really perplexed.
