Second Car Blues So my husbands 2002 Impala dies on a Monday and by Tuesday I was talking to Ken who sold me my 2015 Murano. Not only did Ken drive me to pick up my daughter when the roads were bad but he came in under my budget and got me into a Rogue without any hassle! Two times the charm so if he's still here in 5 years I'll be back!
Knowledgable, friendly, unexpectedly kind. Just bought a 2016 Rogue from Ken, and had a great experience doing so. Personally I hate buying new vehicles because I expect to be dealing with a pushy car salesman, but Ken was the opposite. I got the right car for the right price. Nice and easy. Highly trained staff from the reception staff to the sales expert and finance expert.. You go into Nissan not knowing exactly what you want. You leave with what you need at the price you can afford. Nice work Ryan and Frank.
Great people Ken isn't the stereotypical cars salesman. As soon as I met Ken I immediately felt as though I could trust him. Ken is a genuinely honest person with a great personality. He was able to relate to me on several fronts so our discussions weren't awkward or forced. First visit and It started off well I did a test drive of two cars and had a lengthy conversation with Ryan and he was friendly, sounded honest and willing to help.
