Best service ever at a car dealership service department. The service department was exemplary we broke down,had to be towed to there location and from that time forward they took amazing care of us!
Had a very good experience with our sales rep, Colin. We totally enjoyed our experience at Highland Nissan. We were made to feel welcome almost immediately. Our sales rep Colin was very thorough in explaining everything about our new Nissan to us. In fact he even stayed after hours! The manager...forget his name... was also very nice. I did find the paper work a bit confusing but after speaking with Alan felt more comfortable with it. Over all, a great experience and one that I hope will keep up. Thanks!!
