great experience I went in to High Park Nissan just to check it out because I was already decided for a lease take over found on a Lease Busters site. I met with Nick and Bojan and within 30 min. we had a deal done. I was offered a better deal on a brand new Murano with my choice of exterior/ interior colors. A week and a half later I'm already driving a very nice car. Nick and Bojan were very professional, friendly, responding in time to all my inquiries and answering all my questions. My New Murano!!!!! I have been looking for a 2016 Murano SL AWD for a while. I have been to 401 Dixie Nissan, Willowdale Nissan, Avenue Nissan. I got pricing from all of them very similar numbers wise (48Month Lease). Very informative, nice people I've been shopping around for a car for a while and I came to high park Nissan because it's close to my house. I dealt with Marko who was very informative. Nick and John were very transparent as managers.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I recently bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue with 78,000 km on it from them. While negotiating with the salesman, I asked for a new set of tires to be included with the car. The salesman Michael (who was courteous I must say) assured me that given the number of km on the car, the original tires will most certainly have been replaced. Wish we had read the reviews here before going. Listen to what has been said here they do not care about anything but the sale! The "service" departments manager has no customer service skills. Brought our car in and without even looking at anything said that the work we needed done was not covered. Took a quick trip to the warranty lady to find out it was completely covered. Transmission went and originally were quoted 9k then when he thought we were stuck with them the price went to 12k!! Charged us to tow it from the base... read more
If I could have given a rating lower than one, it would have. The service department did not tell me to pay for parts in advance and when I took my car in for the scheduled appointment, they waited a half day to tell me they couldn’t do the work because the parts were not in stock. I told them to only do the one job and not order any parts in for the other and I would find someone else to do that work. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT NISSAN HIGH PARK AND ITS SALES MANAGER ENRIQUE BANOS. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE. They don’t care about customer satisfaction; they only care about closing sales, no matter what. They made me sign some paperwork (an offer to finance) and pay a deposit. They never told me what the documents were for I signed or whether they would refund my money.
