Had my Tacoma TRD pro just recently serviced, and winter tire swap completed at same time. Sam my service advisor was excellent and the service was completed on time. I had a very very good experience in this vehicle store, I just bought a Tacoma this month and Ms. Monique Mercado with Mr. Lee Serban are the people who helped me a lot to get this TRD 4x4, they are so amazing team and they don't forced you to buy instead they will give you ample time to think and choose which vehicle suits your budget and your likes, over all I am loving my Tacoma and these people are very easy to deal with and treat you more than friends!
Overall we had a good experience. Heninger prices competitively and Osman and Lee were really great to deal with. Car cleanliness upon initial visit was not ideal upon arrival, and was something of a sticking point when working through pricing. Osman was really good about meeting our needs, and helped with some of the logistics of getting the car which was really appreciated. Purchased a 2018 Rav 4 Hybrid from Heninger Toyota in February 2021 and couldn’t be happier. Brendan, our preowned sales rep was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. He also looked after all our concerns and questions immediately. Neeru was very informative in the financial side of the sale and Adrian in the service department was helpful, efficient and kind. We’re glad we came to Heninger for our vehicle.
